Friday & Saturday Night Chef's Menu

Luciano prepares a special 5 course meal every weekend and features items that are not on our regular menu for $40 per person.  For only $10 more you'll receive a flight of wines, paired especially for the meal.  The menu is usually ready by 5pm both evening, limited number of portions so if you are interested mention in your reservation & we will make sure we have it. 316-777-0045

A creamy soup made from Asparagus

seasoned with Salt and Pepper then topped

with Pecorino Cheese

Pasta con Calamari

Spaghetti Pasta with pieces of Calamari Steak, Garlic

Red Pepper Flakes, Parsley, and Olive Oil

 4th Course

Rosticciana di Vitello

Veal Ribs marinated in a Garlic, Basil, Oregano,

Salt, and Pepper rub then slowly roasted

 5th Course

Dolce Della Casa

Chef’s Dessert of Choice
